Hinduja Leyland Finance - Manager - Solar Leasing (5-10 yrs)

Job Description:

1. Key skill set: Understanding of Solar Industry & Solar Financing. Connect with EPC players and channel partners in the respective territory.

2. Business: Achieve individual targets by reaching out and tapping the full potential of the targeted customer segment within the specified region.

3. Sourcing: Co-ordinate closely with EPC players to achieve revenue targets & ensure that the sales process is followed in letter & spirit (Productivity, Yield, Market Share and compliance to credit policy).

4. Conversion: Convincing customers for leasing solution, negotiations as per customer & organization requirement, co-ordination with central team for PO issuance, asset procurement & day-to-day customer servicing, Leasing book building & co-ordination with dealers/OEMs for GST filing, collection of original documents etc.

5. Collections: Responsible for complete account management. Achieve NIL overdue in first 12 months seasoning in origination and course correct exceptions based on EWS.

6. Operating costs: Maintain expenses within Budgeted limits for its region.

7. MIS: Collate and share market information, customer insights & performance parameters in specified formats on a regular basis.

8. Marketing Initiatives: Develop and implement effective marketing activities to improve revenue by enhancing customer experience/retention.

Education Qualification: MBA / PGDBA

Minimum Yrs of experience: 5 years

Maximum yrs of experience: 10 Years

Preferable industry background: Solar Financing in Bank or NBFC or with EPC player

Required Skill Sets and Behavioral Traits:

- Strong in spoken English and Hindi / Vernacular language.
