Job Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead sales initiatives in assigned regions and contribute to our mission of advancing clean energy solutions.
- The RSM will be responsible for formulating sales strategies, managing a high-performing team, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a regional sales team, conduct performance reviews, and drive recruitment to meet expansion needs.
Market Development:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and distributors.
- Promote new products to maximize market coverage.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Foster strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales Analysis & Reporting:
- Track sales performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Manage regional sales budgets and align with financial objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 7-10 years in sales, with 3-5 years in a managerial role. Experience in the renewable energy sector, especially lithium batteries, is a plus.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proficient in CRM tools and sales management software, results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
