Job Description:

- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Chemical Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with a strong network and deep expertise in the chemical industry to bring their established relationships and experience to help drive immediate sales growth.

- As a Senior Chemical Sales Executive, you will leverage your existing contacts, industry knowledge, and proven sales skills to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base, building long-term relationships, and contributing to the success and growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leverage Existing Network: Bring your established network of industry contacts, decision-makers, and key influencers to create immediate sales opportunities.

- Sales Growth: Drive new business development by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities within the chemical sector, focusing on both new and existing clients.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while expanding the company's footprint by identifying new prospects and markets.

- Product Knowledge & Solutions Selling: Provide in-depth product knowledge and tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of clients in the chemical industry, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

- Market Expansion: Identify and explore new markets and verticals within the chemical sector, helping to diversify the company's revenue streams.

- Sales Strategy & Reporting: Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals. Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline updates, and performance metrics.

- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and technical teams to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and product delivery.

- Negotiation & Closing Deals: Lead negotiations, draft proposals, and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in chemical sales or a related field, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.

- Strong, established network of contacts within the chemical industry (manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, etc.).

- Excellent understanding of chemical products, processes, and industry trends.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

- Ability to quickly adapt and bring results in a new business environment.

- Strong presentation and proposal-writing skills.

- Experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in sales within the chemical industry.

- Strong technical understanding of chemical products and their applications.
