Urgent Requirement for Industrial Sales Engineer.

Location- Kanpur, Haridwar, Faridabad

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve month-wise sales objectives in his/her area Overall Volume, GSV and NSV Target.

• Build strong relationship with customers; retain and maintain the current customer base (arrest churn).
• Ably capture customer needs and address them through solution selling.
• Collection in line with credit terms offered by DB.
• Generate customer leads, initiate customer product trials and acquire customers in his/her territory.
• Work with DBM towards increasing Share Of Wallet with current customer.
• Ensure that any supplies to customer are made in line with agreed terms and agreed process.
• Responsible for maintaining relationships within customer hierarchy and for reviewing the customer contract performance periodically.
• Ensure timely escalation and resolution of customer complaints.
• Support customers with inventory optimization.
• Support the inventory management at DB with market insights.
• Support territory business development plans.
• Educate customers on new products and customer / consumer benefits.
• Keep self-updated on latest product, technologies and WoW as required. To complete all assigned training programs on time.
• Fully comply with our BP Code of Conduct and local competition legalization. Ensure compliance with country regulations, BP Group, Segment and regional policies and standards.
• Act in a manner consistent with the BP Values & Behaviors by leading through our values, building enduring capability and maximizing value by strictly adhering to safe, Ethical & compliant behavior for all activities in the market including company processes for Distributor Claim Management.

Educational Requirement

• Engineer /Diploma / Graduate

Experience Requirement

• Tenure: Minimum 2+ years
• Nature of Experience: Industrial operations
