Best company to start your carrer after graduation.... and don't stay longer than 3months if u want to look at the carrier growth..no growth and very less apprasial only max u get 2-3% staying more than 3months is not advasiable

Literally nothing !I was part of broadband technical support team titanium process(Jun 2017-dec 2018)..Such a pathetic managers we had who don't know how to talk to or motivate employees and sometimes even rude. No breaks on time ,only behind of achieving their business metrics!

the company is open to innovative and readily latest technology. I like that work because their working nature good as well i learnt a lot from them i meet different people and with them i communicate with different people.

Dislikes

their behaviour, i mean they behave with freshers like working machine they need only your login time and they will force you for over time. I know in market every one wants login hour for over time nut for fresher doing overtime without any senior help it's horrible.

Almost everything. Because it is such a horrible place for girls who value their self respect and try to grow in an organization than passing time or just work for earning money.I didn't had any problem taking calls because I knew before joining that this is my job but the people working there are such a 3rd class people who doesn'tvalue female colleagues. People give preference to only tamilians and everything will go according to them.They insult girls in all possible ways and nobody cares to notice. From the training level only these things start which will carry inside also.They have very different opinion on the girls working here. Dont ever try to go anywhere alone in the office because there is no security for girls inside the office specially night shift. They call training as honeymoon period most of the people come for the same purpose if cameras are not there and found anyone innocent they would have definitely fullfilled there desires. All educated narrow minded people you can encounter there.HR will be sitting and eating nuts inside the a room. And there is no use of complaining to anyone on regarding this.Once a TN circle TL asked me to take a call of his teammate, I took the call the guy sitting next to me is touching my hand and irritating me on the call, the TL and the girl whose call I took is also standing right next to me observing this but except that call nobody is bothered about the person who is taking the call. This was just an example for you people to understand the situation of girls in this office particularly Titanium process . All kind of road romeos, eve teasers, and criminals(most of them are tamiians)are inside the office.I found very difficult to deal with these things when I was in training and working in night shift.For each and every guy you must keep warning then also they wont stay away.Kannadigas don't join people don't give the respect you need. Work is fine but the people around you are horrible. There is no safety for girls inside the office. Becoz of these place I have started to hate tamilians.I hate those people who support them also.guys in my training periods were hutch dogs.
