I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. There is one main problem is sallery hike When u want to hike after a year there is main problem it's very tough to get hike on your sallery u need to adjust yourself for your previous sallery. And monthly sallery date is not fixed alway u waiting for sallery after a month there is no fix date for sallery.
