There is one main problem is sallery hike When u want to hike after a year there is main problem it's very tough to get hike on your sallery u need to adjust yourself for your previous sallery. And monthly sallery date is not fixed alway u waiting for sallery after a month there is no fix date for sallery.

I was outsourced to a client so never got a chance to visit their office except once. They have very less staff as majority is outsourced. Salary are credited by the 7th of every month and sometimes might take an additional week of delay.
