Working wid not good. Teammates are supportive but seniors are not. Management is not transparent. No cafeteria. Company policies are on papers only. Appraisals are not fair.

Dislikes

Worst working culture. Too much politics and management doesn't address our issues. Employees are treated as Slave and as liability. Family life zero. Poor increment and no promotion even after 100% input. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Work Details

The job is interesting because you got multiple tasks on daily basis. I learnt a lot from my job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles and responsibilities.
