Only the Salary part which I got on time. I don’t know about other process in the same company .

A lot of thing for dislike . Their attendance system of manual from Oracle DHR & Timesheet applies on teams, the pathetic management and HR. No work ethics . Unnecessarily burden to a lead to work most of time however , no trust or eliminate the poor performer . Hygiene Issues on washroom etc etc.

- Worst workplace. - Biased HR team. - Ethnicity promoted. Locals are adored and outsiders will remain outsiders. - Hypocrisy. Lecture on Guidelines/Promotion/Appraisal for people they had to hire to fill spots and making exceptions without counting for people they wanted/needed to hire to meet all the performance metrics. - No realvalue of TL/AM designation. When they start insulting you, they don't remember who they're speaking to. -Advisor says, Support staff is bad.....HR will jump on them like vultures. Support staff shares same concern: 1000 questions, no real action and teaching their guidelines. - That same Agent impacts the score, gets escalation..... warning letter will be issued in support staff's name in no time by the same hardworking people from HR team....Read More

Nothing is good at Hexaware. Managers, HRs, Canteen with cockroaches roaming around. Politics everywhere, one mistake and you will be warned to resign. 12 to 15 hours working and still want us to be on time even though we were working till late. No sympathy towards employees especially freshers. Binded by bonds and contracts. Wont ever recommend anyone to work in Hexaware.

Everytime when ticket is raised then only the the resolution come that time also there is no acknowledgement or response back to the owner. There are lot of dislikes about the company, too many politics, if employee taking extra effort for his career and company benifits, but in return they always wanted to put more extra more efforts without any monitory benifits. 1. While interviewing candidates they will give false claims that allowances will be given, food card will be given, we are following hybrid working model. But nothing is true. AND BEWARE IF YOU ARE GOING TO JOIN IT INFRASTRUCTURE OPERATIONS--"DO NOT JOIN" Especially GOC team plase make sure you do not join this team. 2.Here right drom the Team Leads, Managers, SDMs all are pathetic they will suck the life out of you and in return you will only get more work and criticism that too below the belt. 3.This company is dominated by people Sitting in Chennai office and these guys get their friends and relatives on boarded using their position and contacts and then that new comer will dominate his subordinate. 4.Seniors can take leave whenever they Although the leaves are by default approved by the system but still for 2 days leave if you are juniors you'll have to take approval from your manager and SDMs. 5.Overall very toxic culter, everyone is playing blame game and no employee wellfare policy Most highlighting part is they will change policy for juniors on their will and if no one follows it he will be put to PIP and then pressurize you to resign....Read More
