Always ask your in hand salary in VPA 2 Rating bocoz that’s what you will get if the said in hand salary is in VPA 3 kindly get it changed before accepting the offer. Just to justify their work they cut salary of employees unnecessarily and deliberately, so they can show the minimum expenditure.
