Just the salary and brand name and nothing else.

Dislikes

Poor work culture, there is no sense of work life balance. Roaster is shared on saturday. You dont even know what week off you will be getting in next week. Rotational shift is just for the name. Once you get little bit experience, you will be shifted to night shift and then there will be no limit of when your shift will be changing. Management always say that we are working on it but there is no difference. If you are sick then you are not allowed to take leave. If you take one day leave then you management will make you fee that because of you the scores are going down and we have lost a huge amount of business. Which is not true, if a company with that big number of employees then this excuse makes no sense. It will automatically get you into depression with time....Read More
