Working environment is great in the entire company that i like

The things i dislike is the politics about anything and have to followed by all which is not suitable for employees ,means they don't care & not have clarity about anything to executives suffering the changes made by any super senior after every little intervals or weeks, for example updates about work load more than average evenafter technical issues going on , HR doesn't respond anyone properly if anyone comes to them about salary,and they are forcing to ask to their TL..
