The management displays clear favoritism, often making last-minute shift changes and denying requests for work-from-home or leave without proper reasons. In some cases, they include false claims in warning letters for reasons only they seem to understand. Contract workers face unfair treatment unless they continually appease the managers to get what they need. Salary discrepancies are prevalent—favored employees receive higher pay for the same work, while others encounter issues during performance reviews and pay hikes. When we ask for work-from-home due to long commutes, we're told to take leave, only to later be criticized for taking too many days off. The inconsistency is frustrating. They also send formal emails for trivial matters, like stepping out to collect a food delivery. Speaking of food, the canteen offers very limited healthy options for night shift workers, with choices like instant noodles and white bread sandwiches, though the cook is good. Hygiene is another concern—there have been instances of worms in the water filters, and some employees do not maintain basic hygiene standards in the washrooms. While badged employees, especially those on their notice period, are often left unchecked for not working, contract workers—especially the quieter ones—face disproportionate scrutiny for minor issues. Salary, promotion , skills Dev, appreciation, visibility, management not transparent with its employees on policies or decisions. Poor decision making by higher management , no value of developers. If u are manager u are safe, if you rotate around boss u r safe.

HP focus overall improvement for the employee the provided lot of opportunity to grow to grow me yourself but it's required very disciplined and very punctual responsible to your work

I am just dislike that there have a some learning program to improve your skills like MBA or equivalent to these type of program a part for that in a backend profile or a blended background there will have to a two days working only not 3 days,for backend profile should work on work from option because of the sitting arrangement.

Overall work culture is good but complaint handling is worst. Even senior managers don't respond to racist managers.

Racist managers who do not value performance and integrity. Lot of illegal things going with managers like Nithya.

Nothing much it's a place for people with no technical skill to settle and not for people who what to get good at the job or build a career on

They have corporate, plots to just not give you incentives even if you work hard, they judge you based on certification that can be obtained by outright cheating and not actual work you do
