It's just a brand name.

There is no option to rate less than 1 star. Don't join HPE if you are a contractor. You will be treated like a second class citizens. Benifits like NSA, incentive, furlough are not for contractor. Work culture and job satisfaction is 0. Nothing to learn in fact I had opportunity to teach but they are stuck in old school way of management. They will take 1.5 years minimum to convert a contractor. Job security is shit. Contractor will be the first one out is the house is under fire. 100% work from office....Read More

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
