Disheartening experience. Growth opportunities are practically nonexistent. No flexibility in work hours; it’s all about face time.

There’s a culture of blame here, where mistakes are used as weapons against you instead of opportunities to learn. The pressure is unbearable. You’re constantly bombarded with new tasks while trying to meet impossible deadlines. The facilities are outdated and poorly maintained; it’s not a pleasant place to be. The lack of team cohesion results in a divided workplace where collaboration is rare.

Poor management practices and a lack of direction lead to chaos. There’s no job security, and you’re always on edge. The lack of support from management in the HcSc project has made it impossible to succeed.

Dislikes

You're expected to be available 24/7 with no regard for personal time. I was frequently given tasks that were irrelevant to my skill set, leading to frustration and resentment. The annual reviews feel like a formality rather than a genuine evaluation of performance. The lack of direction from leadership made it impossible to succeed.

This is not a place for personal growth. There are no opportunities for development, and management shows no interest in helping employees advance. Long hours without reward. You’ll work hard, but see little return.

Dislikes

There’s a serious lack of communication from management; it’s like they don’t care. I felt trapped in a toxic cycle of negativity. There’s no room for growth or positivity. Working here as a contractor means working hard for no recognition or benefits. All my peers left, and I wish I had followed suit sooner. Don’t expect to grow professionally; they stifle any ambition.

The hiring process was a complete disaster; I wouldn't recommend anyone waste their time here. There’s a lack of diversity in leadership roles, which affects team dynamics negatively.
