Batch shows 30 students but only 2–3 attend; sometimes it may be zero Earlier they credit remunaration by 15 days; now they revised it to one month, still there is no guarantee of payment

Good WLB, salary, benefits, and company culture. Manager will listen and let you scream, but will not keep commitments made in one-on-ones. Since they lack decision-making power.

...s review is not intended to hurt anyone, but if it fits you, wear it Cinderella. You'll be overworked and not exposed to your skills, with low salary increases.

... laterals, growth is slow because they have to prove themselves to get promoted. Compared to existing this company employees, your designation level will be one level down, but you may be ahead in salary. Beginning one year, laterals receive a single-digit salary increase. No job security. No work culture. No compensation benefits. No satisfaction at work place

1) how much talent is leaving? 2) why so many resources are left under supervisor and address supervisor concerns Candidates, please reconsider and read evaluations before applying. The management, especially the HR head, manager, and trainer, are terrible for not understanding and discussing. Even my project stinks.

...ees. There is no proper HR structure, and employees are treated with disrespect. Higher salaries are offered to new hires while experienced employees suffer with low pay and no proper increments. The company manipulates policies to serve its convenience, often changing them without notice. There is no transparency, no official documentation for designations, and no regard for employee well-being. Senior leaders like Kounal Gupta and Avinash Gupta also fail to maintain professionalism and respect towards employees. If you are considering joining Henry Harvin as an employee or enrolling as a student, I strongly advise you to think twice. The promises made are not fulfilled, and both employees and candidates end up feeling deceived.

you just do 40% of target they will never ask you to leave they just a want an employee with less salary and work day and night so job security is always there

1. there is no fix date of salary and incentives. 2.they will not offer you good salary. 3.salary deductions if your target does not met at least 75% of if you less talk time 4.very unhygienic washroom and 1 washroom on 1 floor. 5.No post payment service is delivered to students and the students curse counsellors. 6.You will have to work on holidays as well but you get comp off but the bad part is if you take leave on that holiday double LOP get marked.
