Managers are supportive only. And rest are horrible.
A Disappointing Experience – Unethical Management & False Promises My experience with Henry Harvin has been extremely disappointing. The management is solely focused on revenue, with little to no concern for the quality of services provided to candidates. Despite charging ₹2L-₹3L for job guarantee programs, they fail to deliver on their promises, leaving students and professionals frustrated. The work culture is equally toxic. Abhishek Ratnawat (AVP) controls everything—from sales targets to leaves, LOP, and interviews—yet provides zero support to employees. There is no proper HR structure, and employees are treated with disrespect. Higher salaries are offered to new hires while experienced employees suffer with low pay and no proper increments. The company manipulates policies to serve its convenience, often changing them without notice. There is no transparency, no official documentation for designations, and no regard for employee well-being. Senior leaders like Kounal Gupta and Avinash Gupta also fail to maintain professionalism and respect towards employees. If you are considering joining Henry Harvin as an employee or enrolling as a student, I strongly advise you to think twice. The promises made are not fulfilled, and both employees and candidates end up feeling deceived....Read More

No respect for personal time; I often have to work late without pay. Contractors are expected to work twice as hard as full-time employees, yet receive no compensation during client holidays.
It's shocking how out of touch the leadership is with the realities of working remotely. The workload is unmanageable, and there's no help in sight. Work-life balance? What a joke. I was hired through a consultancy and only kept for a few months until the project ended. After that, I was let go without any communication.

Feedback is rarely given, and when it is, it’s often vague and unhelpful. The atmosphere is filled with dread, knowing that anyone could be let go at any time.
My experience here has been nothing but frustrating. The leadership is more interested in office politics than team success. Morale is low due to ineffective management. The emphasis on pleasing supervisors over actual productivity is disheartening. You’ll find your true potential stifled. Management prioritizes profits over people. Employee morale is at an all-time low.

The favoritism here is alarming. If you're not from the right region, good luck getting ahead. The lack of mentorship is alarming. You’re just thrown into projects with no guidance.
I applied with high hopes but faced bias throughout the hiring process. It’s disheartening to see hard work overlooked. If you value your personal life, stay away. They demand more hours than you can handle, even when you're sick. Two years without evaluation is unacceptable. Leadership should be held accountable. Everyone is out for themselves, making teamwork impossible. The work here is monotonous, and there’s little room for creativity....Read More

There’s no investment in employee training or development. I feel stuck with no room to grow my skills. HR is useless and unhelpful, leaving employees feeling abandoned.
They have no idea how to retain talent. Good employees leave regularly due to the toxic atmosphere. I consistently had to put in overtime without any recognition. It’s frustrating when your hard work goes unnoticed. The atmosphere is stifling, and innovation is not encouraged. I was told one thing during the interview, but the reality was completely different. If you don’t fit the mold of what management wants, you’re destined for failure. Your skills and experience don’t matter....Read More

Micromanagement is rampant, making it hard to get work done. I feel like I’m running in circles here. My hard work is ignored while others get ahead for the wrong reasons.
Management lacks transparency, leaving employees in the dark about important decisions. The company has a where they let you go at a moment's notice, even after years of hard work, just to save on delivery costs. No job security at all. The recruitment team is unresponsive and dismissive. It’s like they don’t care about finding the right fit.

I applied for promotions multiple times, only to be overlooked. It’s a dead-end job, and I regret my time here. There’s no work-life balance; they expect you to live for your job.
Managers just deflect questions about permanent positions. It’s a waste of time trying to get answers. Employees’ concerns are dismissed; HR does nothing to help. The workplace is filled with politics, making it difficult to focus on our jobs. I was promised career development, but there are no resources or programs available.

If you value your sanity, don’t join this company. The stress levels are through the roof.
The management ignores employee feedback, leading to a toxic work environment. The workload is overwhelming, and there's no appreciation for hard work. Communication from management is almost non-existent. We’re constantly left in the dark about important decisions. I’ve never experienced such poor leadership in my career. Truly disappointing. They promise flexibility, but it really means you're chained to your desk at all hours.
There’s no structured process for resolving workplace conflicts, resulting in unresolved issues. The work-life balance here is non-existent. Management seems oblivious to employee well-being. I’ve seen several colleagues pushed out unfairly. It’s all about who you know, not what you do. I often feel like I’m in a hostile environment. There’s little camaraderie, and most people are just trying to survive the day....Read More

I regret ever joining this firm. The leadership is unqualified and completely disconnected from reality. There’s no room for advancement; positions are filled by outsiders instead of promoting from within.
There’s no clear path for career development. You’re just stuck doing the same thing indefinitely. The promises of a collaborative culture are completely untrue. If you value your mental health, steer clear. This place drains your spirit and motivation. Office politics run rampant here, creating unnecessary stress among employees. No clear direction or leadership—it’s chaotic every day.

Everyone is overworked and underappreciated, leading to widespread burnout.
The office politics are draining and make teamwork nearly impossible. The culture here is toxic. Gossip runs rampant, and teamwork is non-existent. It’s every person for themselves. My onboarding experience was chaotic, with no clear guidance from HR. The management is clueless. You're expected to figure everything out on your own, and mistakes are never forgiven. There’s a serious lack of support from management. If you’re looking for guidance, you won’t find it here....Read More

I felt like my skills and experiences were undervalued during the recruitment process. I thought I was joining a professional environment, but I was wrong. No one feels safe speaking up. The fear of retaliation is very real in this workplace. I was placed on a project with no guidance and felt completely lost. This is not a place for career growth.
The training process is insufficient, leaving new hires feeling lost and unsupported. The constant changes in management lead to confusion and a lack of direction. There’s a pervasive sense of fear among employees. No one wants to speak up about problems. The job satisfaction here is at an all-time low; many are looking to leave. Disorganized and lazy employees ruin everything. Perfect for people who enjoy chaos. It’s exhausting to work alongside people who lack ambition and drive. I’ve never encountered such poor management. They seem more interested in passing the buck than resolving any issues. This is not a place for growth; the only thing you gain here is stress and disappointment. Definitely not worth your time. Promotions are handed out based on personal relationships, not merit. Management's lack of vision makes it hard to understand the company’s goals and direction.
I was promised a competitive salary, but my pay is way below industry standards. There’s a lack of growth opportunities here, and the work feels stagnant. The lack of staffing leads to burnout, yet management does nothing to address it. The job description was misleading. The actual role is much more demanding and stressful than advertised. There’s a clear divide among teams, and it’s damaging our ability to work together. The management team is dismissive of employee concerns. Promotions are a rare occurrence, and favoritism is rampant. You won't get ahead unless you're part of the inner circle.
They promise growth opportunities, but they are nonexistent. I felt stagnant during my entire tenure. The pressure to work in the office despite available remote options shows a blatant disregard for employee comfort. HR is unresponsive and often ignores complaints. The office vibe is heavy; people are afraid to share their ideas. Their conservative approach makes collaboration difficult.

The company has favorites, and if you're not part of that inner circle, you’re left behind. Training and promotions are reserved for a select few. Clients expect miracles with impossible deadlines, and management does nothing to push back.
The management style is outdated, with little regard for employee welfare. Communication is poor across all levels, leading to confusion and frustration. I was promised a competitive salary but received an offer much lower than my expectations. Why even interview me? It's a struggle to get basic support or answers to questions.

The culture is cliquish, and if you’re not in the right group, good luck getting ahead. The benefits package is lackluster at best. They claim to care about employee wellness, but it’s all talk.
Training feels like a punishment rather than an opportunity to grow professionally. Management seems to have no regard for employee wellbeing. It feels like we’re all just cogs in a machine. I never felt like my contributions were valued. It’s demotivating to put in so much effort for nothing.
