Management plays favorites and ignores hard work from loyal employees. There’s no room for growth here if you’re over 30. Once you hit that age, you become invisible.

Very poor leadership; decisions are made with no input from employees. The lacks transparency; decisions are made behind closed doors without input from employees. Lack of diversity leads to a stale work environment.

Don’t even think about joining as an ASE. The team leads take credit for your work and leave you in the dust. It feels like a toxic environment. We’re kept in the dark about important decisions.
