The technology is outdated and barely functional. They should not call themselves a tech company. Many are afraid to speak up about issues. Managers often belittle their teams. It's demoralizing and unprofessional. Communication from management is poor. Issues go unresolved for too long, affecting productivity. Leadership is out of touch with employee needs. They should really focus on improving morale.

I found HR to be incredibly unhelpful and dismissive; their lack of communication is unacceptable. Prepare to be micromanaged and ignored at the same time. The work-life balance is non-existent; you're expected to be available 24/7.
