I’ve raised concerns multiple times, but nothing ever changes. Team-building activities feel forced and lack any real substance.

Dislikes

Job security is a myth here; you can be let go without warning. Benefits are non-existent, and the workload is unreasonable without any acknowledgment. Hard work goes unnoticed, and it’s disappointing to see efforts ignored while others get credit.

It was evident that they have no respect for employees’ worth. The salary offer was unreasonably low. The focus on AI/ML seems more like a buzzword than a genuine effort.

Dislikes

A toxic environment where favoritism reigns supreme. The rules seem to apply only to some people, creating an unfair playing field. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone looking for a positive work environment.

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer.
