Favoritism runs rampant, making it impossible to succeed based on merit. Attempts to voice concerns are met with anger, making it clear that management does not care about employee feedback.

Dislikes

This place is filled with negativity. It’s hard to stay motivated when everything feels so hopeless. Promotions are based on favoritism rather than merit; hard work doesn’t pay off here. Save yourself the trouble. The politics here are exhausting, and teamwork is non-existent. Benefits are subpar, leaving many employees feeling unsupported.

Disheartening experience. Growth opportunities are practically nonexistent. No flexibility in work hours; it’s all about face time.

Dislikes

There’s a culture of blame here, where mistakes are used as weapons against you instead of opportunities to learn. The pressure is unbearable. You’re constantly bombarded with new tasks while trying to meet impossible deadlines. The facilities are outdated and poorly maintained; it’s not a pleasant place to be. The lack of team cohesion results in a divided workplace where collaboration is rare.

The onsite opportunities are few and far between, despite the promises made during hiring.

Dislikes

The hiring process was a complete disaster; I wouldn't recommend anyone waste their time here. There’s a lack of diversity in leadership roles, which affects team dynamics negatively. They’ll assign you to projects that are completely misaligned with your skills and interests. It’s draining and demotivating. The company's vision seems unclear, and it's frustrating to work towards nothing. There are never enough tools or staff to get the job done effectively.

Dislikes

I felt manipulated during the hiring process. What I was told versus reality was vastly different. The management style is outdated and ineffective. We need a fresh approach.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
