It’s frustrating to deal with incompetent managers who refuse to take responsibility. This place is a black hole for career growth. Don’t waste your time here.

Dislikes

The constant need to meet unreasonable deadlines is draining and demoralizing. The work environment is filled with negativity and unnecessary drama. The company culture is toxic, and it takes a toll on everyone’s happiness. This company claims to value diversity, but the reality tells a different story. They keep introducing new software without proper training.

Unbelievably poor communication from management. It’s frustrating to work here.

Dislikes

There’s a pervasive culture of blame; mistakes are never treated as learning opportunities. No career development programs, and the projects offered are boring and unchallenging. Projects are poorly structured, causing constant confusion and frustration. You're just a number; they don't value your contributions. Managers micromanage everything and have no faith in their team's abilities.

This place has ruined my love for my profession. I can’t wait to leave. The leadership is disorganized. They play favorites, and when we seek guidance, they just pass the blame.

Dislikes

I've never seen such a lack of professionalism in my career. The management is overwhelmed by internal politics, leaving real issues unaddressed. The company culture feels like a prison. No support, no encouragement, just work. Managers prioritize their own agendas over team development, leaving employees feeling undervalued. Feedback is rarely constructive, making it hard to improve.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
