Personal time is not valued here. Expect to take calls at all hours without any thanks. Mr. Santosh’s management style is outdated and aggressive. It’s a shame that such behavior is tolerated.

Dislikes

The lack of support from management is shocking. You're on your own, and good luck finding help. Policies are inconsistent and rarely enforced, leading to confusion and mistrust.

Shift swaps are rarely honored, even for valid reasons.

I've never felt more undervalued. My contributions go unnoticed while others take credit. It’s a nightmare working here. They hire you, give you no work, and then let you go within months. The HR team is completely ineffective. They rarely respond to inquiries, leaving employees feeling abandoned and frustrated. Too many layers of management create inefficiencies and slow decision-making. The company's policies are outdated and don’t reflect current market standards. The management is incompetent, and you'll feel lost without guidance. Employees bring up problems, but management chooses to ignore them. It’s disheartening.

Dislikes

I reached out for help, but no one even bothered to respond. The recruitment process is a nightmare. I felt like I was just another number, not a potential employee. They claim to value work-life balance, but the reality is long hours with little reward. This place has a reputation for burning people out quickly.

The turnover rate speaks volumes about the lack of job satisfaction. It’s a revolving door of discontent. The pressure to perform is relentless, with no support from leadership. Workload is unmanageable, and there's no support from the top. Projects are handed out without consideration for experience. It feels like you're set up to fail from the start.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer.
