Toxic work environment with zero appreciation for hard work. Management is unprofessional, and the pay doesn't reflect the effort.
Dislikes
Employees are treated like disposable assets; there's no loyalty here.
Shifts are extended without warning, making it impossible to have a life outside of work.
There’s a significant lack of communication about career growth opportunities.
The mismatch between skills and assignments was demoralizing. I felt like my potential was being wasted.

If you value your family life, don’t even consider this place. Promotions are only for those who sacrifice everything else.
Dislikes
The training was misaligned with our actual project requirements. It wasted our time and left us unprepared.
I was blindsided by a performance improvement plan for something trivial. It’s a constant state of anxiety.
Toxic culture that stifles creativity and motivation. No one wants to be here.
