The firm’s structure is chaotic, which negatively impacts productivity.
No flexibility in hours or remote work options. It’s an outdated approach.

I felt isolated and unsupported. This job has been one of the worst experiences of my career.
The interview process was misleading; I was told I'd get a quick response, but it's been weeks with no updates. HR has been unprofessional in their communication.
Dislikes
The constant fear of layoffs keeps everyone on edge and productivity low.
There’s a serious lack of communication between HR and employees, which only adds to the frustration.
You’ll spend your days doing mindless work with no appreciation from management.

There’s no accountability; people often drop the ball.
If you’re a high achiever, you’ll quickly find out that your efforts go unnoticed.
Dislikes
I was hopeful when I joined, but the reality hit hard. It’s not worth it.
I left feeling undervalued and overworked, with little hope for a better future here.
The focus is on quantity over quality, resulting in rushed and ineffective work.

The leadership team talks a big game about mental health but fails to implement real change or support.
The company prioritizes profits over employee well-being.
Dislikes
The no-human-resources policy means there’s no one to turn to when issues arise; employees are left to fend for themselves.
There's no job security; layoffs happen without warning.
There’s a constant sense of fear among employees due to micromanagement.
The turnover rate speaks volumes about how bad it really is here.

Freshers are overworked and underappreciated. They promise a lot but deliver very little in terms of support.
Dislikes
I’ve seen many good employees leave due to health-related discrimination. It’s a shame.
The HR team at this company is unprofessional and unhelpful during the onboarding process. Complete lack of support!
They preach work-life balance, yet I find myself working late nights and weekends just to keep up.
