No respect for personal time; I often have to work late without pay.
Contractors are expected to work twice as hard as full-time employees, yet receive no compensation during client holidays.
Dislikes
It's shocking how out of touch the leadership is with the realities of working remotely.
The workload is unmanageable, and there's no help in sight.
Work-life balance? What a joke.
I was hired through a consultancy and only kept for a few months until the project ended. After that, I was let go without any communication.

They have no regard for employee health or work-life balance. It’s all about profits for them.
Communication is terrible. Important information is rarely shared, leaving employees in the dark about key projects.
Dislikes
. They push you to study irrelevant topics that don’t help with your job and expect you to finish training with no support.
—the atmosphere is toxic, and the people are incredibly rude.
The workload is overwhelming; burnout is inevitable without support.

I’ve never experienced such poor management. They often belittle employees instead of offering constructive feedback.
They preach about growth but stifle any real opportunities for advancement.
Dislikes
There are no clear paths for advancement. It’s like they want you to stay in the same position indefinitely.
The work-life balance is nonexistent. You're expected to take on multiple roles without any recognition or support.
I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. It’s just not worth the stress.
There’s no clear direction or strategy; it often feels like we’re just spinning our wheels.

Expect long hours with little to no appreciation.
Dislikes
Employees are overworked and underappreciated. Morale is at an all-time low.
Unrealistic expectations make this job incredibly stressful and unmanageable.
There’s a constant air of negativity here, and it’s hard to stay motivated in such an environment.
