Management is disorganized and rarely communicates with staff. There’s no clear direction or vision for the company. It feels aimless and chaotic.

I felt like my skills and experiences were undervalued during the recruitment process. I thought I was joining a professional environment, but I was wrong. The company has favorites, and if you're not part of that inner circle, you’re left behind. Training and promotions are reserved for a select few. Clients expect miracles with impossible deadlines, and management does nothing to push back.

Dislikes

The management style is outdated, with little regard for employee welfare. Communication is poor across all levels, leading to confusion and frustration. I was promised a competitive salary but received an offer much lower than my expectations. Why even interview me? It's a struggle to get basic support or answers to questions.
