If you have already worked in product based companies, for whatever reason never join this company. It will be damn difficult to sync. Even after getting excellent performance rating for 2 years, you won't get any hike or promotion. As usual micro management which is common in these companies. You can enhance your skills only if you get chance to work in projects from large US based enterprises.

Salary on time, lot of deduction in the name of variable pay Not at all recommended to join

Worst work culture, they check your bag at gate every day like some garment factory. Only get advantage only if you are girl , no matter how talented you are. Micro management to it's peak. Too much hierarchy EGO at every level. Worst management and HR. Change policy evey 3 months as per their needs Service based not product based No response how much ever escalation you do 3 months notice period, 12 months probation period, will have to serve 3 months notice even in probation period....Read More
