office environment was good

Dislikes

No recognition of work, Managment (Project manager and team leader) is full time busy in favoritism and reginal politics. Very poor approach to allocate project to a resource when moved to bench. Reporting manager will never reply to your calls and massages or mails as if they are just counting days to move you out. There is no opportunity to learn new things.

Overall good and better compared to other IT companies. Not too bad and not great

Dislikes

No proper response from HR and managers in some projects. Less communication with higher management
