If you are looking for a job security, this is not the place for you. Once a project is over employee are asked to resign without any prior notice, regardless of their skills or dedication. During the joining they will promise you for like every but at the end nothing matches. HR and the management offer no support, their role seems limited to hiring and firing without considering employees long term growth. There is no effort to retain talent or match skilled employee with new opportunities. The work culture is poor and the management is completely apathetic.
