Job Description
Primary Skills:
- 7 to 10 years of experience as ServiceNow Developer.
- Experience in integrating 3 rd party tools and APIs.
- Should be able to work independently.
- Bachelor s degree in computer science or equivalent preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Configuration/Customization of the ServiceNow system including workflows, business rules and UI policies.
- Working on User Stories and Tickets as required
- Leveraging the ServiceNow API to design and build customizations that support business requirements.
- Writing JavaScript as needed
- Involve in developing the customizations of the agreed requirements by stakeholders.
Support Hours:
- 3pm - 12am IST / 3. 30am - 12. 30pm CST . / CST & IST overlap of 4-5 hours.
- Initial KT will be in CST Hours Only.
