Good WLB, salary, benefits, and company culture. Manager will listen and let you scream, but will not keep commitments made in one-on-ones. Since they lack decision-making power.

Dislikes

has changed in six years. Under PIP, people are being removed. An employee on PIP is considered worthless. The worst projects like TD, Pfizer, Roche, and KP have managers that act like they began the firm and don't advance salaries or promotions. Much to write but.... I can't speak for the entire , but the project I'm in isn't great. I love the work, but managersI would have really appreciated them if everything was goodyell at us, keep restrictions on where to sit in the office, whom to talk to, whom not to talk to, make rules they don't follow, micro manage, and sometimes come to office to druuuunk. They never cared about how we felt. This review is not intended to hurt anyone, but if it fits you, wear it Cinderella. You'll be overworked and not exposed to your skills, with low salary increases....Read More

Senior management is out of touch with the realities faced by employees.

Dislikes

There’s a complete lack of transparency regarding company decisions and policies. The benefits are mediocre at best, and the pay is not worth the hours you put in. Terrible management and constant micromanagement. No appreciation for hard work. There’s a culture of fear here. People are afraid to speak up or share their opinions. High turnover rates speak volumes about the work environment. Many good employees have left due to poor management....Read More
