There’s no investment in employee training or development. I feel stuck with no room to grow my skills. HR is useless and unhelpful, leaving employees feeling abandoned.

Dislikes

They have no idea how to retain talent. Good employees leave regularly due to the toxic atmosphere. I consistently had to put in overtime without any recognition. It’s frustrating when your hard work goes unnoticed. The atmosphere is stifling, and innovation is not encouraged. I was told one thing during the interview, but the reality was completely different. Micromanagement is rampant, making it hard to get work done. I feel like I’m running in circles here. My hard work is ignored while others get ahead for the wrong reasons.

Dislikes

Management lacks transparency, leaving employees in the dark about important decisions. The company has a where they let you go at a moment's notice, even after years of hard work, just to save on delivery costs. No job security at all. The recruitment team is unresponsive and dismissive. It’s like they don’t care about finding the right fit.
