The favoritism in promotions is glaring. Hard work doesn’t get recognized.

Dislikes

The lack of communication from management leads to constant confusion. The work culture is suffocating, with unreasonable demands and no appreciation for hard work. The office culture is suffocating; they pressure everyone to be in the office despite promising flexible work arrangements. I’ve had enough of the empty promises from upper management. The hiring process seems flawed, bringing in people who don't fit the culture. Communication is terrible; it's like management doesn’t care to listen to employee concerns.

Dislikes

Unqualified leaders making decisions that impact employees negatively. Management is completely disorganized. Autonomy is a joke when decisions are made without any rationale. Overworked and underappreciated. There’s no support for employees here. There’s no support for career growth; it feels like you’re stuck in a dead-end job. Promotions seem arbitrary; hard work is overlooked entirely.
