Founder was good Hemendra Thakrar who passed away, still who knows him remembers working with him. Product line are good.

Dislikes

I would not recommend this company due to several significant issues. the working culture is poor, with management decisions heavily influenced by internal politics, particularly involving Kapil Girotra and Devika Thakrar. The increment policy is inadequate and there is a lack of effective HR policies. The HR team including Smita Ghogare displays a lack of professionalism and poor communication skills. There are minimal opportunities for career growth, making this company a poor choice for anyone who is seeking a positive and progressive work environment.
