Ownership of work, you get the opportunity to work on various important projects being an intern. The team and mentors are amazing. will really help in personal growth.

Due to a small Tech team, the workload was more, and it contrasts with that the pay is less. (maybe things might have changed now).

The team is amazing, the passion is very inspiring, they check in and actually care about each other. The work is challenging and the mangement listens.

Dislikes

The hours are long and sometimes stressful. Not working offline and virtually all the time can be lonely sometimes.

working at Heart It Out has been a largely positive experience, however like any workplace, there are areas that could've been improved such as communication and resource availability. But these minor concerns do not overshadow the largely positive experience I've had.
