Dislikes

They advertise wrong stipend amount. When I received the offer letter the stipend amount was half the amount mentioned in job description. When I asked about it, they told me the amount mentioned on job description was wrong. I learned nothing new here.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The team is amazing, the passion is very inspiring, they check in and actually care about each other. The work is challenging and the mangement listens.

Dislikes
