The company is not good or bad, because of some people the toxic environment gets automatically created. I worked here only for 7-8 days and then resigned myself. The CTO(Mr. Nitin Jain) is very unprofessional. He is calling himself experienced 22 years but doesn't know how to behave and talk with an employee. He starts giving warnings from the 1st day to decrease my salary from 20k to 10k to which I've not agreed yet so his behavior got changed for me. One day, I worked for the whole day, but he cuts my salary for that day due to a small fault in their system firewall. On the same day, he warns me to call the security guard to throw me out of the office premises. The next day, I resigned. He thinks all employees are the same as his dog and he automates them as per his self-will. My life's biggest mistake is joining there. Stay away from his domestic dog(Vin**). He is so stupid and dangerous person. He is the personal security guard of the CTO....Read More

A very good company to work for. the most interesting thing is that the management is very supportive, which helps team work well together. The work environment is positive and the offer good hike if you're in talent acquisition. It's a great place where you can start your carrier and grow in positive way.

The only thing i dislike about the company is that they will not allow you go out during office hours. you're in for 9 hours

The list is quite long. Top Management is pathetic. They cut salaries for being late. Not considerate at all. You will never receive salary on time. There’s no bonus. Washrooms are dirty and food is unhygienic. It’s like a jail you can’t step out of the office. Only join this org if you are in a dire need of a job. If you think youcan get a job someplace as well then skip joining this org. Nothing, the interior is only made with keeping one thing in mind to attract and add false picture to the candidates mind and to cover what all goes inside the organization. An Abhorrent work atmosphere. If you are planning on joining this particular organization as Corporate HR, please do yourself a favor and don't , don't I repeat just don't join this organisation. t's just a trap and nothing more. The manager AAKRITI, is thr most pitiful of all, she acts as if she knows everything but the fact is,she only remebers 5-10 lines that you can expect from her during meetings and for the rest of the day. She also coontributes nothing at all, believing herself to be better than every other employee in the company. The only good thing about the company was the new infrastructure and food, but even those became an issue when the CEO started saying we didn’t deserve those facilities as we couldn’t close impossible number of deals and weren’t real salespeople and many other insults.

We used to endure pointless back-to-back meetings with the data team and the CEO. They also had a policy that if new hires didn’t perform, they’d be sent to the old building. We were expected to close deals within the first or second week, with pressure building from day two. In every meeting, he would constantly put down the entiresales team, which was made up entirely of women, creating a negative and discouraging atmosphere. We were treated like tele-callers, making 100 calls a day with a total call time of at least an hour. Also, constant hiring-firing or people would resign in 2-3 weeks of joining. A lot of new faces every week. There were constant attitude problems, gossip, and bad blood from the so-called leaders of the respective domains. They would try to target the new joiners especially and try to show that they are above them, kind of like "the mean girls" movie. 100 marks for NONSENSE and GARBAGE TALK and -10 marks for WORK ETHIC and PROFESSIONALISM. Too much work pressure they will ask you to deliver result from the second day of joining. Alot of office politics and playing favourite, you gotta be a Butterfly girl to service in here. Noting at all they just flaunt their infrastructure which is not at all that good. They compare their work culture and company with Google and Amazon and the truth is they are no where near to these good brands

* Work pressure in just one week of joining. *Hiring for Corporate HR profile and then giving work as a caller. ( Highly unprofessional) *Giving threat to people that they will be terminated from the position if they didn't give any profitable business to the company within 15 days of joining. Overall one of the worst experience.

Nothing at all tbh. But yes there was no micro-managent from the immediate manager that was the only good thing.

Dislikes

No job security, salary gets delayed by 15 days every month, no learning, company' centric policies only, the management doesn't think about employees, not even a bit. Extremely disappointed. If you don't want to ruin your career please don't join Headfield.
