If u want to die with mental pressure then join hdfc No one knows how to do a task, huge targets multiple products no action plan no focus on product knowledge only 1 slogan give us money or resign worst place to work. Beanch manager says if u receive incentive give it to me, hdfc bank is a bunch of greedy bluffs goons

Very bad experience overall 11 yrs,due to my personal problem I'm unable to change this workplace.Freshers are more capable n effective than experience staff that rule of this bank.salary also higher than experience staff but bank didn't give chance to old staff at minimum increase of salary old staff can do better .

There is no one in the bank to explain And the ones that are old, new people treat them differently, & Timing is a big issue, like coming to the bank is on time but leaving is not fixed And there is a lot more to write but it cannot be completed in one line

If the employee is leaving the job because of work pressure, HR team are least bothered of contacting the employee and have a chat or discussion with employee rather HR team will listen to the employee's Manager such as a case with your employee code R3396.
