As a bank it's great to work here but the management is very egoistic, they don't employee who does the work to grow but doesn't on their culture of bossing

Job is fully secure if performed good and do follow the guidelines. Good work life balance and recognition.

No as such dislike but I may be very few of them who is working with such low salary structure respect to my designation and responsibilities in my employer. In between boss ask kya business hua...I told me baitha hu koi acha govt account open hoga ...bt no .. he said wapis aa. The officer said etna pressure hai aap p being branch manager.
