HDFC Bank , its a brand interms of customer service, Customer first and customer acceptance policy and the digital solutions. We can give solution to each and every problem and customer, by the way customer loves the bank and with this we can go aggressively into the market and source business and grow in career.

Lengthy Concalls and data updations in many parameters on daily basis sometimes hourly basis , will lead to poor work life balance.

Culture, management is more focused towards numbers and for that they don't care about own peoples health, work life balance. In my tenured I have seen many a times unprofessional behaviour by senior in teams call.

The work was nice but the team and the work culture and the favouritsm of one employee in the team and Manager not available most of the times for approval and also chasing for approvals was a big task

Work culture. There is no HR allocated for the Marketikg floor. There is absolutely no to nil face contact with HR as they sit in a different office and never come to marketing office to meet people. Forget everything on that, they don't even call after the resignation is put and There is no system of exit interview as well where a person would like to give honest feedback. Pathetic work culture

Starting from No Parking for employees to alot of dependency on others to fulfill your commitments. Hardly anyone works. They just talk alot and show that they work alot. Waste of time and resources. Very bad management of infra. All departments are scattered across city. Branches act like leaches.

Job security but risk with mental health. Opportunity to learn technologies with holistic view.

Work culture is worst in the sence of communication between employees and seniors. Extra hours daily working. Start of work and end of work duration approx 12 hrs. Lack of automation in processes so human errors chances are very high. Saturday, Sunday both need to work for pending tasks or for adhoc request or post working hour tasks without a dedicated compoffs. Need to beg for compoff.

the pressure and language used by bosses is very harsh and unbearable. It increases your stress levels very high and it makes it difficult to get up and go to work everyday. No one is kind and the competition ensures you cannot trust any colleague. The compensation only makes up bearly for taking such an enormous toll on your health
