Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria.company policies are good.they give bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues .Salary is low and career growth is slow.on the job training is given to new joinees

The job is quite interesting struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.i learnt everything on the job.i got a chance to wear multiple hats and helped.

i am sreenivas have taken a flat in godrej woodscape and i got excellent support from Mark Anthony ventures.their team gives better support in terms of booking to agreement and loan proces.one of my friend has taken the flat in prestige finsbury,now he got the possesion and he was very much satisfied and refferd to Mark anthony so i am happy with their commit ment and support.

Occasionally, there are timing issues. Sometimes, employees are required to come to the branch at 8:30 AM and leave at 7:00 PM or 8:00 PM, even if we meet our sales targets. They constantly threaten to resign, take unpaid leave, or even request medical leave, which is the worst place to work. Additionally, the incentive cycle is problematic. If you achieve your target in September (1-30), you will receive that month’s incentive on December 25th. This means that the incentive is not paid for the entire month, and if you resign, you will not receive any incentive for the previous three months.and they force you to come on 2nd and 4th Saturday 10am to 3pm....Read More
