Toxic work culture at the branch. Supervisor are not supportive, no helping, creating unnecessary problem, none of the employees like their supervisors.

As per Govt policy less number of staff worked by preferring roaster. Sanitization provided for all enter into branch permisses. To maintain distance marking was done in front of counters. Over all everybody's health had been taken care.

In the Year 2002 joint as sales executive on contact basis to source CASA FD INSURNCRCE NRI accounts sourcing. In 2005 new team created for sourcing current account I was selected for the team. For my best formance I have been taken into Branch Banking
