Bank is good but my branch was not good

Dislikes

Toxic work culture at the branch. Supervisor are not supportive, no helping, creating unnecessary problem, none of the employees like their supervisors.

As per Govt policy less number of staff worked by preferring roaster. Sanitization provided for all enter into branch permisses. To maintain distance marking was done in front of counters. Over all everybody's health had been taken care.
