Worst employer, I got relieved on September month.Still my settlement is pending and no one bothers on it. Poorest HR team. I request pupils to not join in this Bank, worst culture and the pupil who joined before 2010 are enjoying with all the benefits. They call as the best bank in India, But from my view it's is the worst bank for customers and also for employees

Poor HR team, I got relieved on September 4th, but still my F&F clearance not done from my superiors. I escalated the matter with superior and HR, But no solution as of now. Even other Managers are also facing this kind of issue from supervisors.I have worked until 10 pm on my last working day. But the guy has no mercy and annoying me. It was totally disappoint feeling because of the behaviour from the pupil working in this Bank. Even HR team also not bother to close my grievances. I hope only the MD can solve my problem....Read More
