In banking sector hdfc known by its name. I mean to say it's a brand and when you go anywhere for applying new job, it impacts on person's personality.

Dislikes

Politics is a drawback. When someone is working with full energy and honestly to achieve their target, someone come with approach of his or her higher links and got that. Second, target is so much high and side by side cross sell is mandatory.
