Since I was working in sales team, my main kra was taken care by generating sales. There was adequate data provided which helps in lead generation. Learning scope is huge, i joined as a MT. If you can survive the pressure and monetary benifits motivate you, you will do wonders in the organisation.

Dislikes

The unrealistic targets, pressure for sales and unnecessary unwanted procedure which makes thing more complicated. No work life balance.
