its modern times, we can grass up small things easily, but the company here is more keen in personal benefits of increasing sales then provide us interns with good learning. they want to teach about be on time. since childhood it is being taught to us but when you don't provide much to learn why one must come on time, during start i use to get on time but slowly realize company don't provide much so results in demotivation. company thinks of self and then they want us to don't think of stipend (0 Rs. , we got to travel 10 km). they want us to learn self? logic is gone. your company there should be a process or proper learning from different. for better lead generation I suggest but the area sales manager was not open to new ways infact says this is we did so you must also go this way. Indians saying BIG data and Bla blah... but when it comes to action you wait for foreign country to implement. disappointed with the company. not a rocket science to learn form filling and cheque....Read More
