Work culture working place not support at all all seniors was very rude behaviour also HR was not supportive specially I’m talking about Justin Thomas I used to call him so many time but he always disconnect the call he never picked the call and he never resolve the problem

Dislikes

Strict working hours from 9-7. There are no pre generated leads you as a personal Banker if you are hired as a fresher through clg placement, thn you have to generate the leads by your own. Targets are there . They will ask you to get a two wheeler which they will not mention in during interview or in JD .

The scenario is here in HDFC, they are forcing us to join operations team and reducing our salary from 14lpa to 8.5lpa. While Infosys is offering 10.5lpa. What should I do as I think the in hand salary will be similar in both the companies. Worried about job security in Infosys.
