Work life balance and work culture There is only time of Entering in bank there is no fix time to go home you have to work till 12 am or normally by 9:00 pm or 10:00 pm

The scenario is here in HDFC, they are forcing us to join operations team and reducing our salary from 14lpa to 8.5lpa. While Infosys is offering 10.5lpa. What should I do as I think the in hand salary will be similar in both the companies. Worried about job security in Infosys.
