I don't know about others, but i got 3 branches in one year and two of the managers were so pathetic. I used to come back home at 11:00 pm on daily basis. Torture, favourism, late sitting is the culture of HDFC Bank. Also, HR is of also no use. They don't bother if the employee is unsatisfied. They will do what branch managers and cluster managers tell them.

It was a very good experience engaging with lots of people and knowing customers problems and solving them. Best part is when given the services and it makes them happy and trust gets deeper with the customer and they come to us for help knowing we will help them

Work is very much high but the salary is very low and also work is exceeding more than 12 hours

Sales pressure is equal on both pure sales as well as operations staff. At the end of the day your supervisor will measure your productivity or performance solely based on what sales you did.
